UGBA Welcomes MathTalk

Boston Ujima Project Inc. is excited to welcome MathTalk to the Ujima Good Business Alliance  (UGBA). MathTalk collaborates with parents, teachers, researchers, artists, and kids to create stories, public art, and experiences that make math engaging and accessible for families, especially in economically distressed communities.

Founded by Omowale Moses, MathTalk builds on more than fifty years of math education inspired by his father, Bob Moses, founder of the Algebra Project. Omowale’s journey includes teaching math, working with the Algebra Project, and creating the Young People’s Project. As a father, he now combines his experiences to develop products that inspire families to explore and enjoy math together.
