Boston, MA - Boston Ujima Project is proud to announce its inaugural summit, The Assembly of Black Possibilities. This innovative assembly aims to redefine wealth, success, and security while paving the way for inclusive and equitable economies that meet the needs of all community members.
The Boston Ujima Project, acclaimed by media outlets including Forbes, NextCity, Vox, and Boston.com, is at the forefront of pioneering efforts to construct an economy centered around the needs of the people with a mission to return wealth to working-class communities of color.
Scheduled to take place on October 2 and 3, 2023 at Convene, the Assembly of Black Possibilities will serve as a dynamic platform for diverse voices and perspectives to converge, collaborate, and cultivate strategies for cultural and economic empowerment. Through a series of engaging panel discussions, workshops, and interactive sessions, attendees will explore a wide range of topics essential to building thriving economies.
The assembly tracks will encompass critical areas such as Land and Real Estate, Investing and Impact Capital, Affirmations and Arts & Culture, Organizing, and Financial Education. Each track will feature industry practitioners, thought leaders, and community organizers who will share their insights, experiences, and strategies for creating sustainable economic opportunities.
