Kidogo Productions Joins Ujima Good Business Alliance

Kidogo Production's mission is to offer diverse, wholesome, educational, & accessible content for preschoolers. We at Ujima are so excited by their acceptance of our invitation to join the UGBA and share their enthusiasm around exceptional business practices.

Joining the Alliance is a rigorous process that involves compliance with our 36 Good Business Standards. We see Kidogo do exceptionally well in the areas of

  • Good Local Jobs: Kidogo remains open and committed to affirming Trans and Gender Nonconforming people in their workplace policies,

  • Worker Power: Kidogo believes in the power of voting and civic engagement, and will promote it in their business.

  • Product and Service Mission: "As a social enterprise, our entire business's purpose is to address bias and low self esteem based on race. Kidogo's goal is to raise self-esteem in Black children around the world and reduce bias in children of other races," says the founder.

After joining the UGBA, founder Keeana Saxon said, "As Kidogo Productions sits on the edge of success, Ujima will provide just the push we need to fly! We are beyond excited to be in the Alliance. It warms my heart that I have the backing of an organization which believes that being good, fair, and kind to people makes good business sense."
